How your brain works to try to keep you safe and rewarded, and why it's not always that helpful until we understand what's going on.

Q: Why choose this programme?

A: The un-biased coaching and advice you will receive is based on the latest validated research and evidence. Your coach Dr Jenny Connor has a unique combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications covering conventional medicine, plants, holistic healing, energy medicine, root cause organ-mind-brain-anatomy lifestyle medicine, nutrition, teaching, mentoring, coaching, diagnostics, and quantum neurobiology. She has already helped many people, including herself, to transform their health and their lives.

Q: When does the programme start?

A: The first zoom call for the programme is on Tuesday 10th February at 7pm. Then there are 11 more calls, with the final call being on Tuesday 28th April.

Q: Are there payment options?

A: No, for this programme the special offer price is only available on single pay. However many payment providers offer pay in 3 facilities.

Q: Will this new eating plan cost me more than I'm spending on food already?

A: No, in fact you will probably spend much less money on your food, even though you will be eating more

Q: Is it difficult to make the changes?

A: If you don't actually want to change your diet then it might be challenging as it is not like waving a magic wand and you making no effort at all. But, if you want to make a change for your health and happiness, it will not be difficult at all, You will get lots of advice, guidance and support along the way.

Q: Will the programme run again later in the year?

A: The programme will run again, but as yet the date is not decided, and it may or may not be during 2026. So if you can complete the programme now, it's best to do that. Where health is concerned, the best time to have done something to protect it was 20 years ago, then next best time is now.
