Your Coach

Hello and Welcome!

I’m Jenny Connor, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and thrive. My mission is to help you discover and realise your full potential for health, wellbeing, happiness, and success.

Why trust me to help you?

I’m an experienced healer and diagnostician, having worked as a doctor in conventional medicine for 40 years before retiring from the NHS in 2019. Over those decades, I also served as a mentor, coach, teacher, and leader – supporting patients and teams through some of their most challenging moments.

In 2011, when I began setting up my farm, I uncovered some disturbing truths about animal agriculture – its impact on animals, human health, and the environment. That discovery inspired me to go vegan, and so did my farm.

Like many people working in high-pressure roles, I spent years neglecting my own health – working long hours, carrying too much weight, eating mindlessly, sleeping too little, and burning out more than once. Eventually, I learned first-hand about the incredible power of plants to heal both body and mind. I only wish I’d known sooner.

This led me to take further training in nutrition, organ-mind-brain anatomy, and root-cause lifestyle medicine coaching, gaining extra qualifications so I could help others. I also studied mindfulness, breathing techniques, and meditation – practices I now use every day myself and share in my sessions with clients.

Today, I live on my rewilded vegan fruit farm and food forest with my husband and our dogs. I’ve always been a “Nature’s Wild Child,” happiest among the trees, and I love helping people of all ages reconnect with the natural world and the seasons – healing not just body and mind, but spirit too. This passion inspired me to found the School of Sustainable Living & Wellbeing in 2020.

In 2023, I launched Cup of Life Coaching, and to date every single client I’ve worked with has achieved the changes they were hoping for.

Who I Help

Challenges at Home or Work

If you feel stuck – in life, work, or health – or simply need a change of direction, I’m here to guide you. Whether it’s coping with big life transitions, navigating relationships, rediscovering your confidence, or finding your voice, I’ll support you in moving forward.

We often underestimate the stresses that life changes bring for us and we are not always aware of how these stresses affect our behaviours and limit our possibilities.

If you feel uncertain about your future, struggle to express your needs, or have feelings of “not being enough,” please reach out – you don’t have to face it alone.

I work with you to help you to overcome fears and uncertainties, and to choose new life habits that empower you to enjoy a happier and healthier lifestyle aligned with your true beliefs.

Health Challenges

If you’ve been diagnosed with a long-term health condition and told you’ll need medication for life, let’s talk. Many doctors don’t yet fully understand the power of plants to support the body’s natural healing process – but the science is clear.

As many as 90% of chronic health conditions can be halted, reversed, or even cured by adopting a whole-food, plant-based diet – often reducing or eliminating the need for medication. I can guide you through this process safely, working alongside your physician to ensure any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan are made.

The old adage of "We are what we Eat" is 100% true.

The food we eat is central to how we feel and fundamentally important to our long term health and longevity.

Transitioning towards a Whole Food Plant-Based diet can unlock the doors to better mood, better sleep, better concentration, better relationships, increased energy, improved weight control, and better control or reversal of chronic illness.

The science is very clear. Eat only Plants, and Lots of Them.

We won’t just focus on food – we’ll look at movement, sleep, relationships, stress, and even the beliefs that might be holding you back from thriving

Food holds the key though because whatever we try to do around our exercise, our mental and emotional wellbeing, our social connections, if we don't eat the right foods for our bodies and minds to thrive rather than survive, we will always only get a temporary fix, that is quickly unraveled when we stop doing the 'thing', be that a weight loss programme or going to the gym.

Whatever your reason for changing to a Whole Food Plant Based diet - to overcome personal health challenges, to make a contribution to ecological sustainability, or by concerns for animal welfare and wishing to follow a vegan lifestyle - I will help you easily make the transition, learning everything you need to know to stay healthy and fit.

I'm here to support you through these changes to restore your good health and your optimism for the future.
